They never have enough chicken ready. In each order they have to fry the chicken you order. Your order takes more than 45 minutes and something is always missing from the order. After 7pm, don't even arrive because they don't have anything ready. They never have enough biscuits or mashpotato. What a disappointment.

Tried to go through the drivethrough at 9:30. Was ignored at the drivethrough and pulled up to the window where a rude female employee opened the window & said they close at 9. Apparently if the sign says they close at 10pm it really means 9pm

It used to be great food with polite customer service, now the food is mediocre and customer service is non-existent.Review 2021: Staff here are great, just be sure to check before you drive away, they have forgotten my sauces a few times.
