I love Churchs chicken and fried okra. But every time I go, I can't get a 2 piece white meat. They're always out!! Today, same thing. The staff/customer service is terrible, especially today. The lady at the window looks like she hates her job. The sign on the menu has misspellings. It made me laugh.
Staff were super friendly and helpful, so I don't want them blamed... ordered the bourbon chicken and waited ten minutes for it to cook, But the chicken smelled disgusting, like it had been dropped in a dirty grease pit. I couldn't get past the smell to taste it, and honestly felt guilty feeding it to my dogs.I'm guessing there's plumbing problems that the owner won't fix, this location is a hard pass for me.

Edited review 2024 from 2021; The last few visits service has declined and they never have anything ready. Expect a wait time of 10 minutes minimum. It used to be great food with polite customer service, now the food is mediocre and customer service is non-existent.Review 2021: Staff here are great, just be sure to check before you drive away, they have forgotten my sauces a few times.
