We had a fabulous brunch at Ed's Bistro celebrating my mom's birthday. 😊 Everything was amazing and homemade. We started with the strawberry glazed biscuits and WOW... those melted in your mouth. Absolute heaven! My mom and I loved the shrimp and grits. They used fresh jumbo gulf shrimp over cheesy grits. It's the best we've ever had. My sister also enjoyed her croissant sandwich. Absolutely amazing; a hidden gem in downtown La Porte, Tx! The waitstaff is conscientious and knowledgeable, the owners extremely kind, and the food is beyond tasty. Walking in one feels transported to a fine dining establishment that could be in any big city! We’re lucky to have a little place like this right here. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already.
