Ordered the cheese sticks and the OG Pepperoni. Cost me about $28. The cheese sticks were fried perfectly in clean oil and had a great texture and crunch! Next, I tried the pepperoni pizza and the flavor was simple but awesome! Not from a lot of seasoning but rather the ingredients cooking together. Would definitely recommend! If you don't, you're cheating yourself.

The owner was very friendly, great customer service - let us know upfront the time frame & we still decided to stay & we don’t regret it! We always enjoy trying new places and supporting local businesses. I called and ordered 2 pizza's on a Friday night. I went to pick up and waited just a few minutes while they finished baking our pizzas. Customer service was spot on during the phone order and they were very kind when I got to the truck for pick up. We really wanted to love their pizza but we did not. We had a supreme and a Margherita, the supreme was the better of the two. The crust on both pizza's was very good and crispy but the topping on the Margherita just wasn't there (just sauce and blobs of mozzarella) and the supreme had good flavored Italian sausage and pepperoni. I don't think we will try out anything else and I hate to leave a review like this but I think it helps businesses find the cracks and improve on their products. The crust is great but the sauce and toppings were not for us.
HOLY SH!& This place has some amazing food. While some may say it is pricey. I don't. I think you get what you pay for. To me, he could charge a lot more for his food and people would still pay for it. The food is just that good. Had an Uncle Phil, a Stromboli, the cookie monster, some cheese sticks, and the boudin balls. Honestly, he needs a restaurant not just a food truck. This man has made a name for himself and I hope he can grow his business. I WILL be back. I think I may have just found my fav place to eat. If you're looking for something new and fun this is the place for you.

Had some issues with our order, and long story short The owner himself knocked the pizzas out and delivered them straight to our doorstep! They won my business before I even tried the pizzas as long as I live in the area!! The pizzas deff sealed the deal, best pizza around!! We got the all meat extravaganza and the ranchers choice!!
