we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.
You send me an old pizza I ordered stuffed crust because it comes with the crazy crust the butter Parmesan crust. I received my pizza with none of it.. how can you place an order for the stuffed crust? Crazy crust and not receive crazy crust and then the cheese is so hard because it’s overcooked on top but soggy and undercooked on the bottom when I contacted Little Ceasers they didn’t offer to replace or refund .
