The Manager just told me the Big Box for $6.99 is not available at this location. Only online and is not available online and would not provide me with the food Big Box as advertised for $6.99, 2 pcs of white meat, 2 sides and a biscuit. She would not provide menwith her name and told me the $6.99 deal would be $11.99 and she could not override the price for customer satisfaction. I have been coming here for 11 years & this is customer's are not appreciated. Not mad, disappointed

"I had a terrible experience at the Popeyes in La Porte, Texas. The night staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Not only was my chicken cold and unappetizing, but my order was also incorrect. When I tried to address the issue with the staff, they just brushed me off and said there was nothing they could do. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and will not be returning to this location. I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone looking for a good meal and decent customer service."

Worst popeyes ever and I have been to some bad ones!! Literally had water in my red beans and rice!! Chicken strips hard and old!! Fries cold as ice!! Bout the only thing they got right was the dr pepper!!!

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The place was packed and the workers were in full speed. With all that was going on, the workers still manged to keep smiles on their faces. The Manger was very polite, helpful, and donned the biggest smile of all of them. If the food was bad, (which it wasn't) the cheerful attitudes would be enough for me to keep coming back.

Spicy on the ticket means grab the stuff rolled in the pepper mix and put it in the box.

Probably the best Popeyes I’ve dined in. Restaurant was clean and tidy. My chicken tenders were hot and crispy. Fries were fresh, and coleslaw was creamy and crunchy. Service was outstanding. Aleida took my order and was warm, friendly and helpful. When I arrived, there was a long line during the lunch rush hour, but Aleida efficiently took all the orders with a big smile, effortlessly shifting from Spanish to English. She obviously has a special talent for service. I usually don’t review fast food restaurants, but I make an exception when the experience and food were outstanding. That was the case with this Popeyes, thanks to Aleida and her super team.

Food is always fresh and staff is very friendly. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out they make you feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this location .

Ordered food in the drive thru and drove to my hotel, Home 2 Suites which is 3 minutes away. Get to my room and my food is cold, not fresh at all.

Okay Im only writing this to educate folks about this specific location..you MUST go in otherwise your food is gonna be wrong or cold...Service is gonna be bad no matter what, I go here ONLY when I dont feel like driving further and no matter when I go, service has been exceptionally HORRIBLE...BUT typically when I go inside at least the food is correct and Fresh. #Goodluck

I ordered shrimp and chicken...
Ask for a ranch.....
Was given tartar sauce...
Paid my 13 plus dollars...
Then she didn't even give me my drink..... Won't go back to this place.... I was the only customer in there and you can't get the order right

This location can be short staffed from time to time but the manager, works hard and has great customer service
