I went through the drive through and ordered the shrimp and chicken strip meal combo. The shrimp were SO hard and disgusting that they were not edible. The strips were not much better. The red beans and rice were good

My daughter and I recently ate at the location in LaPorte Texas we ate the shrimp dinner and it was surprisingly good for a fast food. restaurant

This place is terrible employees are bad at their job and work like they hate they work there. Girl with headset sucked she needs to find another place to work because she can't do a simple job. Gave me the wrong food and wasted my time. Never eating here again, ITS THAT BAD!

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Popeyes. I stopped here while working nearby and bought chicken that smelled spoiled and rotten once I started eating it on my drive home. I live almost an hour away, so by the time I realized how bad it was, I wasn’t able to turn around and return it. Food like this should NEVER be served to customers. This is a serious health risk and someone could get very sick. Management seriously needs to check the quality and freshness of the food being served at this location…

I waited 30 minutes in the drive through for two pieces of chicken and French fries. I get my food and I have Mac and cheese in the bag and the guy proceeded to ask me if I still wanted fries they would be another wait. Never will I go to this Popeyes again.

We used drive thru today (4/11/26) around 3:30 PM. The Cashier was very rude and banging the door just because we were asking him the difference between the Regular Combo and Large Combo and was talking to us very rudely and with anger. Worst restaurant experience ever. Never going back to this location.

Ordered my food in advance so my son could pick it on his way home. He got to the store asked for my order and they told him to pull around the front by the store. After waiting for 50 minutes, the food finally came out. We were missing our drinks, and some our sides.
