I ordered crawfish from here there was bugs in my food the crawfish was mushy and would fall apart before you could even peel it all the way and the service was terrible and it wasn’t even busy, definitely don’t recommend this establishment at all!!!

Edit: insisted that she was racist???? I never even talked to her about race. Hell she never even came up to the table or anything to have conversations about race. You're so quick to defend your workers and don't even know what your talking about. Business owners usually ask you fix the problems not make them worse.
Edit: Mad because the sauce was extra?? Nah. All I did was ask to see my receipt. You need to please get your facts straight. Even so, what does that have to do with race? Order to go. The wait was approximately 1 hour. Between 3:50 and we left minutes before 5. The person who served us was terrible, he just threw away our order, I imagine he is racist. Price somewhat expensive 75 double for 5 pounds of crawfish. First and last time I shop there I will not return

Been here twice, the food is not the greatest. The chips and queso were over salted. The crawfish is very overcooked and not cleaned properly you can smell it as soon as you open the bag.

Wow. Walked in at 9:30pm today on a Saturday and waited at a table for 15 minutes for service before giving up, getting our own menus and asking someone for some help. The waitress was too busy cleaning up, texting and wandering around to even acknowledge us. When I went up to her and asked if we have service or needed to order from the bar, she said “for what?” ..uhhh to get food a drinks from your establishment? Anyway, she finally came over and took our order. We got a bunch of seafood and some appetizers and at this point it was 9:45pm. At 10:05 someone came to our table with our food ticket and told us, sorry the kitchen is closed. I told her we ordered before 10pm, on advice from said server to get the order in before the kitchen closed. On top of that we had already waited over 20 minutes for someone to even take our order. She apologized, and I know it was not her fault but it was still frustrating. If we had been greeted or even acknowledged when we arrived this wouldn’t have even been an issue. We hung out to finish our drinks and go find food elsewhere and they came out with our appetizers. Apparently the cook made those and then peaced out, leaving them on the line. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and my friends and I just wanted some crab and margaritas and maybe some decent service. Your marketing employee is great and gets people in the door but I’m not sure my friends and I, or anyone else for that matter, would come back after this experience.
Edit: Owner claims this is a false review, so I’ll attach photo proof our server downing boiled shrimp in the back while we were waiting for our check, or any further service for that matter. Accountability is key, a simple apology and understanding from ownership goes a long way.

Walked in Sat down she gave us menus walked away 3 other families walked in after us sat down she gave them menus and also asked if they wanted drinks then another worker said we assist orders as they come .. they missed out on a good tip I won’t be back I’m pregnant and me and my family felt like we was ignored form the moment we walked in but still was able to wait they accommodate everyone but us

Burger was big and well made. Crawfish had nice spice but were a bit overcooked. Good music playing with a bunch of nice people hanging out.
First waitress was awesome and left during my stay and had new waitress, I wanted to order crawfish as their menu says 2lbs min but yet waitress told me it's 3min didn't matter to them the flase advertisement on their menu even when I pointed it out, so i ordered wonton tacos and then was told they did not have those n then ordered the loaded nachos with beef n chicken fajitas and those were a joke, there was literally a sprinkle of amall pieces of meat on them that i asked the waitress if they could take ot back and put meat on it as thats what I ordered, I had at very lil of it before showing her and she said I can take it back but will have to charge u for more meat, I told but there's basically no meat on it as is, and she still stated same thing instead of addressing the issue and resolving in a great customer service way, She basically didn't care. Maybe because I was passed off to her idk but beware off your food coming at you correctly because I had tonpay for those bs nachos and only ate less then 1/4 of it. Will not be coming back nor recommend, BRING BACK SNOWBIRDS!!

Decent crawfish but the service is terrible. Waited over an hour for our food, drink refills rarely came (soft drinks), had to hunt down wait staff multiple times just to get anything, And they forgot the appetizer. We had to get those after the crawfish. Overall much better places to spend your time. I would not recommend
