Great ribs and brisket. Glad I stopped here before I went back to Florida.
Great BBQ! I’ve eaten here twice and both times it’s been excellent! Reasonable prices on lunch specials. And not just the BBQ, the sides were great. The desserts looked great but I knew I would not have room so I refrained. I definitely recommend, best BBQ in the area, you would have to go to Lockhart or Austin to find better.
So Glad I took a chance. I am always on the hunt for good BBQ. I ordered the brisket and gosh darn it was off the charts. Moist and flavor for days! The sauce is second to none. I was also pleasantly surprised by the sides as well. The Mac n cheez and green beans were delicious. The jalepeno sausage was outstanding as well. The portion sizes were Teaxas size.Will for sure come back any time I am in LaPorte! Y’all are doing it right!

The smoked turkey leg is superb and melts like butter in your mouth. The etoufffee has flavor, spice, and heat. The BBQ baked potato is insane and can feed two people with leftovers.
The restaurant also offers catering and has delicious brisket and brisket rice. For Thanksgiving, they offer smoked turkey and ham, which are delicious, moist, and flavorful. The service is fast and friendly. Kickin' Kajun Smokehouse Craft BBQ has the best BBQ in the area for the price point. They offer a variety of meats, including pork steaks, brisket, ribs, turkey, chicken, and sausage, and all of them are good. The restaurant also offers Cajun fried turkeys and smoked ham for Thanksgiving, which are a huge success. Overall, Kickin' Kajun Smokehouse Craft BBQ is a great place to go for good BBQ and will be many people's go-to for years to come.
