“First time coming here. The food was amazing. I ordered a 1/2 lb burger and it was so big and juicy. Cooked just right. The fries were great and crispy. We also shared combos of food which includes ribs, brisket and sausage. It didn't disappoint.“

“My hubby took me today to Brisket House on center st. and let me tell you it was very very good 😊 delicious 😋. We got the brisket sandwich with fries. The workers were great. We got plenty of food. For a minute I thought my husband was going to have to roll me out. 😂🤣 I also brought me home banana pudding. 💙♥️🤗 Definitely recommend.“

“10 of us arrived on a Monday night around 7:00, we the owner found out it was our first time there (we are from Louisiana) he gave us samples of brisket and sausage, it was so good. We ordered our food and it came out in a timely manner and we had to get boxes to take out leftovers. We will definitely go back when we visit the area again.“

“I got invited to try out a new BBQ place for lunch and Flossies BBQ did not disappoint. The flavors were good and meat was tender. Don't know how I made it home without pulling over to eat my new BBQ places best stuffed potato. Just look at it! You won't be disappointed!“

“The meat was dry and a bit bland. The brisket was a weird square shape as well, usually it's shaped like bacon. The meat tasted like it was cooked in an oven and then finished on the smoker.
They had an all you can eat (AYCE) option as well but the normal 2 meat portion was more then plenty.
The people were super friendly, the portions were good and the atmosphere was nice so overall I would go back if I was nearby but I wouldn't drive out of my way.
One more thing, be prepared to smell like a smokehouse if you eat inside.“

“Delish! Had the loose cut brisket and turkey. Both were moist, flavorful, not too salty, not too smoky. You can taste the meat and it’s delicious. Great mayo potato salad. Nice and tangy! “Just left the soft opening of Willies here in Pearland . Great food and atmosphere!! It was a limited menu but what we chose was great ! They have a wrap around patio with lots of big screen tv’s and a full bar. Grand opening on Monday so go try them out ! Ask for the manager Gina if you have questions. She is fantastic!“

“I live just 5 minutes down the road and have never been here until RocknClassics Music School gave a performance today that my grandboys were in. I'd been wanting to try it and decided to try several things I usually crave. I ordered the Hamburger Steak, steak fries and onion rings. Wow! The hamburger steak tasted just like steak! Not just a hamburger patty like most places. This hits all the buttons! No fat, no gristle, easy to cut, large portion and cooked just right. I couldn't believe the steak flavor. It's a great alternative for little kids that want a steak and people like me who don't want to fight with our food. The unique steak fries are wonderful (like Disneyland's) and onion rings are actually homemade. I won't be wasting my money at other places. The kid's meal portions were plentiful and the grilled cheese was actually a homemade grilled cheese😋. Not some plastic cheddar on artisan bread. Brian, our server, was very attentive and friendly. We appreciate they allow the music students to come perform, it's a great experience for them and creates lots of good memories.🥰 This is my favorite go-to from now on.😊“

They have this loud, awful music. It gets on my nerves. The music is annoying. I just order beef at this restaurant. I don't order chicken. I love the beef.“

“Came in today while in town for business. Talked to the Manager Jay. He reminded me of someone I know or looked familiar. Introduced myself and chatted for a sec. Absolutely a great guy.
