“It was my first time, but the food is delicious.“

“We're new to the neighborhood and looking for local places to eat. This was a 5 star experience. The place is shining and clean and cutely decorated! Your staff is friendly, good communicators, and contribute to a comfortable atmosphere. Menu is easy to read, choices are plentiful. We got two of the 2- meat platters for $16.99 each. Comes with 2 sides and a piece of texas toast. We tried the sliced brisket and turkey, potato salad, baked beans, and onion rings. Ate till we were stuffed and still took home a WOPPER of a takeout box. Sauces were perfection. One regular and one was sweet and tangy. Nice to have drinks with a refill station, as well as a huge cooler full of bottled and canned selections, pie, cheesecakes, cobbler, and more. I even saw a gluten free something. We will definitely be back time and time again. It was also great to walk through to the meat market next door! We have our new meat supplier!!! Such a great, although unexpected evening. A must, must try. Can't wait to go back!!“

“Everything was delicious! I kept seeing posts about this place. The burgers are huge and mouthwatering and look just like their pics! Those were probably the best fries I’ve had in my life. “They catered a celebration of life we had today. All the food was fantastic. The ribs were perhaps the best I have had in a long time. 9 out of 10. The only issue was we asked for half white bread and half rolls and only got bread. But that was the only misstep. Everything else was excellent. Everyone was more than pleased. “I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had a lot of barbecue, from San Antonio to Austin to Houston, and Rudy’s really impressed me. I know it’s a chain, but this was honestly some of the juiciest and most flavorful barbecue I’ve had.

The meat was tender, flavorful, and melted in your mouth. Even the turkey was succulent, which is not always easy to find at barbecue spots. The quality here was tremendous and easily compares with a lot of standalone barbecue restaurants.

“Absolutely love the environment and food, but what I absolutely love even more is the customer service especially Mr. Philip and Mr. Ordacio (a believe he busses tables). Both gentlemen made my family and I experience worth more than we can afford. Mr. Philip assisted us once prior and has been amazing every visit. Mr. Ordacio acknowledged my family and I upon entrance and greeted us with a smile, before we settled into our seats he was there to greet and assist us. He even made my 2 year old smile and I asked do you like him, he smiled ear to ear and said yes. We will definitely becoming back and seeing these two gentlemen will make our visit that much more worth the while.“

“My husband is working here in Texas and we came by 2/17/26 for supper and it was amazing. The steak was great, the brisket was way better than our bbq place back home and the ribs were great. The BBQ sauce was to die for. I had ordered the sausage but then was told it was sold out which was okay because we came around 9pm. We tried all the things that diners drive in and dives tried. Let’s just say if my husband comes back to this part of Texas we will be back ohhh and let’s not forget the armadillo eggs those things was amazing my husband have talked about how good they were all night and day. This is a must try place!!!!“

I tried their brisket, and it was outstanding , perfectly moist, juicy, and packed with rich, smoky flavor. The sides were equally impressive. The buttered corn was flavorful and comforting, the mac and cheese was creamy and well seasoned, and the sweet potato was cooked just right. “My daughter and I stopped in for the first time. We ordered a chopped brisket sandwich, Mac and cheese, and the potato salad. The brisket was very tender and flavorful. The buns were slightly buttered and toasted. The potato salad had an excellent taste. The Mac and cheese was the right amount of cheesy. This restaurant definitely deserves to be sampled if you've never been.“

“This is one of the mid-priced steakhouse chains that are in our area. It’s been in Clear Lake for several years.

It’s got good food, pleasant atmosphere, and good service at decent prices. We had no problems being seated on a Thursday evening for a party of six. The menu is well-rounded with plenty to offer for anyone but maybe a vegan, lol.“

“Texas Roadhouse Friendswood you really need to do better training your host/hostesses. We came in last night at 4:50 pm. Party of 6. Average age 63 years old. My friend requesting the table has a walker/cane so obviously mobility challenged. Myself in a sling because I had a pacemaker placed Friday. Where in the world would you feel a Booth is appropriate in this situation? We are too old to slide in. We like to have a conversation and who wants to move 2 other people to go to the restroom? We were not asked what type of seating we preferred and were lead to the back of the restaurant. So to request appropriate seating would have lead to us being dragged thru the whole restaurant again. The food could have been 5 star which it was not and the whole dining experience was clouded by our seating arrangements. Please read or ask your customers.“
