“I went here for the first time last night and it was incredible. I just moved to Texas from Napa Valley and it's the first place that has food done in the cooking style I do. It was 3.75 well drinks, live music. I had fried zucchini (incredible) prime ribBread pudding and pecan pie. It was an experience I absolutely needed and our server was perfect. Thank you so much! “Came here this past weekend for my 6 year anniversary. We wanted to make sure the place we chose was going to have guaranteed great service so we had to stick with a Pappas restaurant! This was our first time at Delta Blues and we had such an unforgettable experience! Our server Chris was extremely attentive and made the best suggestions! He suggested the wings or the pork belly bites as an appetizer, so we went with the pork belly. The cherry cola glaze along with the crispy pork belly bites was a perfect start to get our pallets going. We also accompanied it with the frozen whisky smash and the smokin ace for our cocktails. The frozen smash was perfectly balanced and the mint was really coming through but not overwhelming. Smokin Ace did throw us off because we missed the wine ingredient that was listed on the description but to our surprise it was so smooth, sweet and well rounded. My favorite thing about the drink was the smoked cinnamon wood chips they use to infuse the glass. The smell lingered the whole time, I could not stop indulging in it. Chris made it easy for my husband to decide on how he should have his ribeye and man was he right. The simplicity of the salt and pepper for the steak here was outstanding. It was crispy on the outside and mouth melting. The steak didn’t need anything more! My chicken fried chicken was juicy and exactly what I was hoping for. I love that they have sweet carrots but the star of all sides is in fact the mac. The Mac n cheese is salted just right, so right and creamy that we ordered a second one! Out of all the Pappas restaurants, Delta Blues is our new favorite. We will be back and ask for Chris and try more of his personal favorite suggestions!“
“This was fun experience and the food was amazing! Portions were good for minimal waste and there were lots of sauce options for cooking. We opted to get the Hot Pot and the BBQ, but you can certainly pick one or the other. We will definitely be going back! Also our waitress Sam was very attentive we enjoyed her service!“
“I don't think I can say enough good things. I grew up in the area and just came to visit family for a weekend. Everyone was raving about this place so we went to get a ton for everyone. Ribs... great, sausage... great, brisket... while I personally wish it had more fat on it, it was still great. Ham (I had to steal a piece of my meme's)... great. Got all of the sides I'm pretty sure and bbq sauce on the side. Everything was so good. Just getting out of the truck to walk up to this place you get a huge waft of deliciousness. One and only suggestion... serve your family platters with romaine lettuce in scoop/cup size chopped portions. Why you may ask? Because I did it with the left overs and tucked a little of everything into the lettuce and it was absolutely to die for. I wish I had pics but it all went faster than I could think to take any. *This is not calorie free but you deserve it*“
“It was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and it was awesome! It’s $30.95 per person for dinner and it all you can eat. Tables can’t be occupied for longer than 2 hours. There’s a ton of different options to choose from and while we had our favorites, everything we had was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.“

“First, I've never been offered a sample of the BBQ upon entry, ever, before coming here. I don't know if the person serving us was the owner, but definitely had an owner mentality. The brisket is really good, and the sausage is pretty good as well. There was a problem with the fountain drinks, but they had cans out and readily available for what wasn't working. So, we decided to come here to grab dinner. I personally have never been before. If you haven't been. Once you walk in and make your way to the register. Let them know what you want to eat and drink, and you pay right there. It helps to check out their menu online before you get there. Then, take a seat and wait for your food. I ordered the wings and rib plate. My girl and her mother both ordered the barbecue baked potato. (There you go, some Irish food ?) but service was good, food was great, atmosphere was what you would expect from a BBQ joint. I can definitely see us coming back again.Vegetarian options: If you're vegan or vegetarian. I wouldn't come here at all, until you want to eat nothing but sides for your main course. Me, personally. Don't care for all the Texidermy on the wall. But that's what I kind of expect from a bbq place.“
“I’ve eaten here 3 times within the last 2 weeks and each time has been spot on. Everything is made fresh and the service is always amazing. The smoked wings are so good! Tasted like a mixture between Buffalo and bbq sauce. Wally good smoky flavor. The ribs were good as well, the brisket was juicy and the Turkey was so tender and juicy! The cornbread is delicious, the creamed corn is delicious, even the banana pudding the top it off was really good. Definitely a hidden gem in deer park!“

“This place was great from the atmosphere to the gentleman in the back who is bringing me my food The pulled pork sandwich was on point the barbecue sauce was amazing. The only complaint I have i have Is with the lady at the front counter. First of all, she does not look happy to be there or happy to be serving anybody she talks to you in such a manner that it borderline rude or she’s annoyed that you are there. Lady here’s a tip when somebody smiles and says thank you smile back and say you’re welcome. Hopefully the owner reads these because I’m telling you right now she’s bad for business.“

“The first thing they did was show us the stakes as we walked in to pick a steak we wanted. Which I thought was pretty nice. I was playing gospel on my phone and they were playing good country music but Spanish folks who weren't even speaking English were complaining to the waiter about my music which had me flabbergasted but I respected the request and cut my phone off before he could even ask. And then my mother who I spair of the moment took left her purse and didn't notice until we got home. I Googled the number and called on the way back up there sbd they were fully prepared for our return. Very easy moment. I give them a 9 out of 10 over all.“

“First time here wont be the last.I am freaked out about meat glue and lab grown meat and the man behind the counter assured me they dont play that nonsense there.We got 3lbs ground for a steal, sausage that was THE BEST we have ever had, and the most delicious boudin we have had in a long time!! Even though there are tons of cool decor around it all seemed to be dust free. I cant tell you as a new meat eater how happy I am to have found this spot!
