I waited years before trying the food here... mostly because of location... really great BBQ I have had brisket and ribs. Ordered carry out so don't know about service. Was really great I have ordered twice in a few weeks.
I've been to this establishment at least four times & have enjoyed it tremendously. My only issue was that my first two visits, I was allowed to buy to-go margaritas for one, but on my 3rd visit, I was told that wasn't allowed & I would have to buy a half gallon or gallon. When I called on a later date I was told I could buy the 20 ounce. I explained that I was told no, someone checked & found out they just hadn't gotten any stickers to cover the hole.

Let's just say this place is better than the well known BBQ joints in Texas I've been to all the famous ones and I don't see how they can be voted best maybe the people who vote doesn't have any taste buds
