I’m not sure what’s going on lately. We go here all the time but the last month or so the orders are completely messed up. Forgotten items, wrong items, food items with missing ingredients or an added ingredient that doesn’t belong. Definitely need to work on it because it has gotten ridiculous at this point.

Ok so this place is usually great, I'm not sure if they're training someone new or what but last night when I went to get food my burritos had hardly anything in them. They were like 85% tortilla. I'm probably gonna check from now on and make sure there is actually something in the tortilla from now on.

Was 20 minutes to closing and yet I was refused service because "they were doing inventory" before they were supposed to close.Have never had a single Taco Bell treat me this poorly in my entire life.Will be taking this up with the manager.
Random Thoughts
I ordered the nacho bell grande meal and specifically told him “NO SOUR CREAM” and guess what was in my nachos? Sour cream, they even put an extra one in by mistake an it was sour cream on that one too plus my taco shell was soggy. I usually check my food before I leave but I was in a rush. I won’t eat at this location

Just went through the drive through to grab my food from a mobile order. People were kind and got my food to me quickly. Fast and good service!
Their app messed up again, and there are some issues with service.1. Despite advertising and even including a log-in for happy hour pricing on drinks, the app charged the regular price.2. For freezes, the app refused to accept anything but the large size. 3. Service - no salsas included and did not ask about them. The salsas on the app order were ignored.4. Despite it being happy hour and being charged the regular price instead of a dollar and being forced to order a large, I received a medium instead of a large freeze. The food was good, basic, comfort Tex-Mex food.

I had a job interview today. It was very disrespectful. It started when I called the hire manager at 2:40 pm. to let her know I will be arriving at 3 pm. for the actual interview, she changed her mind and she told me to come at 7 pm for the interview. I understand that it's better for her and won't be in stress. I arrived at the building at 6:55 pm. and asked for the interview. Another lady told me to take a seat and she would be with me in a moment. I took a seat and waited. With a few moments, i saw the hiring manager talking with her friends at a table. I waited eagerly to meet her but not in a hurry to leave. So I waited and waited. 15 minutes became 30 minutes, and 30 minutes became an hour. she was still talking with her friends. I stood up,and I walked to the restroom to wash my hands and need a breather and I went out of the restroom and saw her at the ordering counter. I was finally relieved and came up to talk to her. I asked her when she was ready for my interview? She just ignored me. I waited again, standing at the counter. Asked again to her, and no reply . One of the employees saw me and asked if I needed help, and I replied to him that I'm here for my interview with the hiring manager. Well, in front of the hiring manager. And yet still no acknowledgment to us. I got fed up and walked away. It's no wonder they always need people. I can't imagine the type of manager she is. I now understand as a customer why im always waiting for my order. I live down the street and feel like the hiring manager wasted my time. I left at 8:25pm.
