I ordered the nacho bell grande meal and specifically told him “NO SOUR CREAM” and guess what was in my nachos? Sour cream, they even put an extra one in by mistake an it was sour cream on that one too plus my taco shell was soggy. I usually check my food before I leave but I was in a rush. I won’t eat at this location
Their app messed up again, and there are some issues with service.1. Despite advertising and even including a log-in for happy hour pricing on drinks, the app charged the regular price.2. For freezes, the app refused to accept anything but the large size. 3. Service - no salsas included and did not ask about them. The salsas on the app order were ignored.4. Ok so this place is usually great, I'm not sure if they're training someone new or what but last night when I went to get food my burritos had hardly anything in them. They were like 85% tortilla. I'm probably gonna check from now on and make sure there is actually something in the tortilla from now on.
