Needs to be regulated by the DEA because this food is addictive.

The wings were very big and juicy and thick. Can’t wait to get some more of their chicken in my mouth. I recommend the golden bear sauce. Bussin is an understatement when it comes to wing dogs.Wheelchair accessibility: You can easily roll up in a wheel chair and smash some wings.

Honest review; they are good, well cooked and tasty. My only complaint is they need more sauce.

Hole-in-the-wall place on Hwy. 87, the main street of La Vernia. Fresh bread and ingredients. My friend had a chicken salad sandwich "Cockadoodledo" on the menu) with crispy home fries. I had bacon, egg and avocado on a very tender croissant, and onion rings with a tangy sauce. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive although they are shorthanded, as all cafes are these days. Small dining area but they also do takeout. I will be back when I'm out that way again.

I was in town for my kid's track meet, decided to wander off for a meal. I got there a few minutes after 6, thinking it closed at 7. The place is unassuming with a little outdoor patio with some tables. The guy at window (for outdoor service) was really friendly but said they were closing. Then he said they'd serve me anyway. I didn't want to impose, but he was very hospitable and recommended a roast beef on sourdough with handmade chips and a couple of beers. The guy really loves his place and his enthusiasm was 100% justified in the sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. I don't typically care for potato chips, but these were fresh and really tasty. I enjoyed the meal immensely and next time I am within half an hour or so of La Vernia, I am going back for more. I highly recommend this place for the perfect blend of food made with care and served with character.

Went there recently. Looks like a hole in the wall... Glad I stopped. GREAT Philly Cheese Steak. Guy running the place and taking orders was awesome. (forgot his name.) Has a huge menu. Seating is outside. It's a must stop. You won't regret it!
