So I usually don’t write bad reviews unless I feel that someone did something to me that was pure evil and today this employee at Starbucks accomplished that goal, So usually I am a regular here and get the same exact thing every time and today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot to put the cream cheese in so I asked them if I could get an extra cream cheese and this lady with glasses was so rude to me she said “well actually it doesn’t come with the bagel” in a rude voice and than I proceeded to explain how I’ve shopped here and they usually give it to me every time and she goes “well I actually work here so I would know” In such a rude attitude voice tone and than I stopped talking because I felt disrespected and I ended up paying for the cream cheese and it took them 5 minutes to hand me it so I knew they were doing that to make me upset. I will never eat here again worst service I ever received in my life. I hope this lady goes to a Dutch bros one day and sees the difference on how customers should be treated, I shouldn’t feel bad for ordering food. Absolutely unacceptable.

Amazing location. Workers were so friendly. It got busy and they kept pumping out the drinks like it was nothing. And they still were friendly. Drinks were amazing too. Short wait times despite how busy.

Time for an updated review. This place has undergone a major revamping. The staff is courteous, fast and personable. The place has a nice ambiance, it's own wifi password and is a nice respite from the day to day. They open early and have good food and drinks. Right now it's pumpkin spice everything- so there's that which is nice. If you use your Starcard you get an extra 10% off.

Sooo definitely not the greatest… I’ve made 3 separate coffee runs for commanders and colleagues and EVERY time the order has been incorrect. (I’m not an avid coffee drinker so I was unaware it was incorrect each time until I brought it to the person.) I thought it was a fluke at first, went back and was more specific, then had the order request written down to the T…AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. As our barista were trusting you to make it correctly. Especially for the amount we’re paying and the time we’re spending in line. Simple things.(Side note: The staff also seemed very unhappy. That’s not really an issue for me bc life happens to everyone. But if they’re unhappy bc of policy and procedures then as a company you need to know and you need to do better.)
