On June 26, 2020, at around 2:25 P.M. I waited in a long line to get my tall Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. As soon as I had left the drive-thru window and reached for a sip of my drink, I realized it was the wrong drink. What I had in my hand was a simple mocha Frappuccino. Not what I wanted. Great Starbucks store! Clean restrooms.. From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. The girl who works the front counter (July 24th,2018 in the morning around 10:30) is honestly the sweetest girl I've ever came across. She is what customer service is, makes you feel like you're inside her home as a guest and not just another customer.
