The lady with black hair and glasses is lazy. She seems frustrated when we were customizing our order, and charged us extra for using our points. This location is great, but extra shout out to Daniel and Larissa who are always extra kind and understanding (plus their drinks are the best!)! They always make me feel better in the chaos of being a stay at home mom with 3 littles in tow!
