I’ve been to this location a couple of times when it was convenient. Today was one of those times. The service is incredibly slow. It’s a very very busy street. You would think that they would be prepared for the amount of people that would want to go through this location. But every time I go through there, I have to wait in an ordinate amount of time Just for them to take my order. It makes no sense. I’m not asking for anything crazy. Lauren is so awesome! Everytime I come in I am greeted with a smile and a great sense of positivity. She is fast and professional. She definitely needs to be bumped up to a managers position!!! ?

The store was clean. It's looked like the young lady had just swept and mopped. I think she said her name was Lauren . The coffee bags looked neat and organized. It was only her working today (01/20/24) and she was pushing out the orders through the driveway and main floor very quickly! She deserves a raise!
