I’ve been to this location a couple of times when it was convenient. Today was one of those times. The service is incredibly slow. It’s a very very busy street. You would think that they would be prepared for the amount of people that would want to go through this location. But every time I go through there, I have to wait in an ordinate amount of time Just for them to take my order. It makes no sense. I’m not asking for anything crazy. An old-fashioned donut is all I ever ask for. Today I got my donut and wasn’t even at offered my receipt. She just assumed I didn’t want it. She wanted it up and threw it in the trash. And didn’t tell me bye. Not the greatest service. I’ll go back when it’s convenient. Simply because I enjoy the donut. But I will not ever go out of my way to get a doughnut from there. There is one much closer to my home that I will frequent. Avoid this place if you’ve got another one.

"Warning: Avoid this location! The donut was as hard as a rock. I called to report that my daughter's bracket came off due to the donut's hardness, but they couldn't assist. This is supposed to be a fresh donut. I'll be notifying the health department." Tha manager was horrible!!!

Today, 2/14/2024, is the 3rd time this week ( 3 days in a row) that this location did not have something I ordered, and all 3 times, I left without completing the order. Additionally, every week, for the last 3 months, this location has not had what I asked for at least once per week, sometimes twice. I go an average of 3-4 times in a week but after today, they've officially lost my business. First, they didn't have medium cups so they made me a medium iced coffee and poured it into a large cup. That's offensive. I asked why they wouldn't just fill it up since it's their fault for the inconvenience, and they said, "...because you only paid for a medium." Since this is the case, GIVE ME A MEDIUM CUP! Medium cups are unavailable at least once a week and it's been this way for the last 3 months. In this case, they need to order more medium than large...especially considering they ALWAYS run out. Today, they did not have any sugar. What coffee shop runs out of sugar? Not even liquid cane sugar was available. I felt bad for the guy who took my order because I could tell he felt bad when I told him to cancel my order. Again, this has been happening at least once per week- which is 33-50% of the time. That is a high probability that this place will not have what I want. Whoever is handling inventory needs a new job. They are not placing orders early enough it seems. I hope they don't blame the suppliers either. They need to add 2 weeks in advance to the time that supplies are ordered. Please, hire someone adept in logistics who will make sure supplies and materials are ordered in a sufficient time frame as opposed to what has been happening.

The store was clean. It's looked like the young lady had just swept and mopped. I think she said her name was Lauren . The coffee bags looked neat and organized. It was only her working today (01/20/24) and she was pushing out the orders through the driveway and main floor very quickly! She deserves a raise!

The Alamo Ranch location menu needs to be updated. On Dec 23,the coffee menu is wrong. No cookie butter and no spiced cookie coffee when those are two new holiday flavors. Very disappointing however this could be resolved if the store management would update the menu.
