Finally got over to this place on a Saturday morning around 7am. Had to cross Culebra, which most times just isn't worth the hassle for an unknown. Wow, what a dummy am I. Place should be called 'If you dream it, we have made it'. Got the egg and sausage, egg and potato, and Polish sausage and cheese. All good to great (a little too much bread with the Polish for my taste). Next trip for the next three. May take two months to eat my way the selections. Every single pastry I got from this place was exceptional , soft and fluffy. There are so many options. The sausage and gravy was my absolute favorite. We ordered about 20 Kolache's since we had my mother over for the holidays. We tried the Bacon egg and cheese , Potato egg and cheese ( filled with a good amount of potato) , chorizo egg and cheese ( definitely has the chorizo flavor) , the bbq brisket ( second favorite Kolache) , ham & Swiss was pretty good!
