“Mattenga’s Pizzeria definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza was fresh, loaded with quality ingredients, and had incredible flavor. We ordered a half Texas Brisket and half Honey Bexar pizza, and both sides were outstanding. The brisket was tender and smoky, while the Honey Bexar had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
A huge thank you to Dana and Lexi for making the experience even better. They were both welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They made us feel appreciated and ensured everything went smoothly.
If you’re near SeaWorld and looking for some of the best pizza in San Antonio, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕👏“

“Xitlai, was such an amazing waitress that we had. Me and my friends had such a great time today. She was super funny and friendly to hang. She was on top of always making sure everyone’s drinks were refilled and if we had any other issues she was always there.
Either way such a great waitress to have thank you Xaitali for serving us hopefully we will see you again later on.😁“

“I knew this would be a great place to take some friends who had never been to Texas before and wanted to experience non-chain Tex-Mex. The neighborhood, building, decor, staff and quality of food was perfect. However, the mirachi band is too much. Way too loud. It doesn't need to be so loud. It was if the horns had to prove they could play loudly. I get it, when a mirachi band is playing you don't have conversation, but wow, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming. We will go back. Great place!“
