“My husband and I have been dining at Cho since we dated, and while it's always been good, we had never received exceptional service as we did tonight. Our server, Chess, was very pleasant and made us feel like we were right at home. He was very attentive and customer-oriented. Thank you, Chess, for providing us with world-class service! We'll be back to see you!“

“This is hands down one of the best sushi restaurants in Austin. All of the rolls are so fresh and flavorful (craving that 620 roll as I write this)and the Ramen bowls are amazing as well. The staff is always warm, welcoming and attentive. They also have live music on Saturdays which is a nice touch and made my daughter’s birthday celebration and song extra special a couple weeks ago! Our favorite restaurant in the bee cave/Lakeway area.“

“Service was prompt. Place was clean and nice.No one came to check if the food was ok, I would have told them that the rice was crispy and dry. Like they got to the bottom of the rice cooker and gave me the drabs that were left at the bottom. Disappointing. The edamame was good. Sushi was good. Chicken katsu was ok-good... But Something missing can't quit place my finger on what. Tempura was above average. Agedashi tofu was flavourful. I liked the tofu actually....My friend had the bowl.. with grilled chicken teriyaki. Something in her bowl was extreeeeeemely salty. To the point where she had to ask for extra rice to try to make it edible. Now, her extra rice came out looking nice and plump and soft unlike my rice in the Bento Box I ordered. It's just almost sacrilege for a Japanese/ Asian restaurant to serve rice that's not right. Will try again again to see if I need to increase or further decrease the stars on this review.“

“I rate it the best Japanese restaurant in greater Austin area. The master chef, Akira-san provides authentic Japanese cuisines. Every dish is fresh and delicious. Staffs are attentive and friendly. The contemporary interior design is just neat and cozy to enjoy a nice meal.“

“We always do take out or delivery. They deliver quick and it is always hot and fresh. I put 5 stars for atmosphere only because when we do pick up, they are friendly and quick.Vegetarian options: They accommodate for vegetarian options. Their vegetable lo Mein is awesome and their spring rolls are always fresh and crisp.“

“Wanted tempura but didn't want to mess with it at home. So we thought we'd try this place, close to home. It was a great choice! We ordered a variety of appetizers, and each one was very good to excellent. The dressing on the sumomoto salad is more than just ponzu, it's like a hint of flowers with it, the spicy tuna tacos are a smart idea and fun, the Heart Attack is rich with avo and cream cheese, and the belly was tender and mild teriyaki flavored, just delicious. Large amount of tempura for an app too, and Jay was attentive and polite, thank you, Jay. My only complaint is the paper napkin, smaller and thinner than I needed. The prices, though, are excellent in today's world, and we'll be returning to sit at the sushi bar next time. Go try it, you won't be disappointed.“

“SOOOOO GOOOOD! Both the food and the service are great! Kimchi fried dumplings are amazing! Sauce for the fried tofu made me love fried tofu!!! And the chicken teriyaki…. I literally had to fight a bee off because he was determined to finish my food for me!? And the one pic I didn’t include was my hibiscus drink but rest assured it too is the TNT!!! Thanks SEEDA for an awesome lunch!“
