Shrimp Snack was a tad bit off… noticed some of them still had pieces of their poo/entrails on them but the others flavor were divine and a good quantity for the price! My boy got the shaved ice and strawberry w/nutella and he loved his. Wish they had agua fresca here or sold Mexican Cokes but cute little stand and very kind lady at the window.
I am so grateful to have this food truck in Lago!! The Agua Fresca options are delicious! So far the cantaloupe and watermelon are my favorites! I also love the Mango cups. The fruit is always consistent And refreshing! Thank you Umbrella Snacks!
The best street corn I got medium cup of street corn with Parmesan cheese, butter and it was so delicious. Remind on of Bulgarian street corn.

Umbrella’s Snacks is a cute little stand and food truck. The shaved ice is the best, with real fruit, and the strawberry w/nutella is loved. The Agua Fresca options are delicious, with cantaloupe and watermelon favorites, and the lemonade is superb. The fruit is consistent and refreshing. The Shrimp Snack was a tad bit off, but other flavors were divine and a good quantity for the price.
