“Great service and great location , I came in on Tuesday morning this week . For starters I was greeted immediately as I sat down by morgan. She was very helpful with my questions and also entertaining the whole time. The beer is amazingly cold I always get the dirty blonde. The smoked wings are the best with the Cajun dry rub.“

“This was a last minute plan that we had decided to do during our trip to Texas. Immediately was greeted by a welcoming host and providing info on the best deals/ games to play there. We came with a group of 8 & played baseball, darts, axe throwing and dodgeball. The staff was great on explaining the rules/ how to play the games and provided excellent food/info during our time here. 10/10 recommend.

“Rix is our go to bar for darts and pool. Rocket and Mamba always make sure our drinks are great while Emery and the twins make sure we are good on food. Overall, this is one of the most cohesive and well working bar teams I've ever had the privilege of being served by. Will never stop loving Rix and its staff.“

“My nickname is Jack so I thought it was appropriate to visit Jack’s Tavern for a quick drink while dealing with a toothache. Even though I wasn’t there long, I had a good experience. The place was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Even though it was late and almost closing time, they still took the time to chat and even recommended another spot nearby for my wife and me to check out. It’s always nice to come across bartenders who are actually pleasant, which isn’t always a given. I appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stop by again.“

“Our Neighborhood held a monthly ladies birthday event here for 20 .Setting up the event with Rohith was very easy. He offered special pricing on food and drink. One of our ladies was in a wheelchair so he provided a low top table for her. Our waitress worked hard and was cheerful and cute. The music was turned down slightly so everyone could talk. The food was good. We were there early on a Monday which was a great time as the restaurant was not crowded. A number of the ladies commented that they had a fun time. It was a great place to have our event.“

“This is a great laid-back bar. Some nights have more diversity than others, but I like it. DJ could be improved. Tempo needs to be pretty consistent no matter genre. Music would go from upbeat hip hop to slow country back to upbeat pop and down again.

“Last night they did more than great attending our group of almost 30 people without reservation and coming from another restaurant with bad attitude/service.
A warm welcome, kindness, patience and respect were the first things we received from the waiter, cashier/host, etc.
The cook deserves an ovation: the food was delicious for all of us.
The environment is fun, some of us even play games around. Music allowed us to chat. Perfect A/C for a hot night. Clean restrooms…

“Great place to spend an evening playing pool and hanging out with friends.
When I went, there was some kind of pool club activity going on. I’m interested in that for sure and will ask about it the next time I go.
We went on a Friday evening and managed to get the one pool table that was available. You can also reserve tables in advance.
On my last visit to this location years ago, it had more of a bar feel than a pool hall. I’m glad that has changed.
We did not order any alcoholic drinks and sticked to soda.“

“10000% percent recommend The Porch to the local community and to those that want to venture out and explore a great family feel like restaurant/bar that is kid and pet friendly! It had been some time that I had not visited but since I love crawfish and they have a killer special for AYCE Fri-Sun (until supplies last), I took my happy self there on one fine Saturday to check it out and had the pleasure of meeting Olivia “Liv” and Ashlee who were rockstars that day and took care of the entire bar by themselves when I honestly felt there were 100 plus people both inside and outside! Between them, the crawfish and the awesome peeps I have met along the way is why I started to frequent The Porch once again as they have made me feel like part of the family! Ask for Liv or Ashlee and the first drink is on Jay! Just drop the name and they will know! Awesome job señoritas and keep killing it! 😉“
“Great view from the patio of the lake. The beers were cold. The Bourbon Glaze Salmon was great. I liked the mash potatoes as a side. The seasonal vegetables were good but too many carrots. Next time I would try a different side. My wife got the burger. The bun was fresh and flavorful but the burger was a bit dry. She did like the ranch dressing that came with the side salad.“

“Food and drinks were a great deal. Tasty chicken quesadillas with fresh peco and sour cream $9.99. Long-island was good and plenty of alcohol to feel them. Great place for a quick drink and or lunch. Have only visited the 1 time. But will go back for sure.“
