I messaged McAlisters 5 days ago about an issue at their location. No one has reached out to me or responded.
It was such a nice quiet place to have lunch with my husband
went into store yo place a Togo order, waited about 30 mins for order. was given order and when we got home was missing half our order. called manager and she said come pick up or receive a refund. sent my son to pick up and ask for credit for the trouble of having to come back, was given a small cookie. when son got home and looked at his order, it was wrong. I love McAlisters......up in Killeen tx! NOT Lake Jackson! I won't waste my money there again!
