On saturday night the host that told us our wait time, I think Màcknlye was super understanding and help accommodate a good seating area for my disabled dad. She was super nice and helpful and definitely want to experience this type of service again!
Twice I have been to the same Roadhouse for the Prime Rib and Twice I was told that they had burned it so bad that they were not going to serve it. Wound up with just another steak. Lake Jackson needs to get their act together!
I will never understand why tx roadhouse gets a bad rap on social media. I have never had a bad experience here at any location. It may not be a Perry's steakhouse but neither is the price. I love this place. And it's upbeat and can make a bad day good.
