I had a great experience at Honey Baked Ham in Lake Jackson! The manager, Ruth, was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. She made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.

I ordered the Tavern Club, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell they care about the quality of their food and the experience of their customers.

If you’re in the Lake Jackson area and looking for a great sandwich and outstanding service, I definitely recommend stopping by. I’ll be coming back!

Love the Honey Baked Ham store in Lake Jackson! The manager and staff are always super friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to grab a ham bone from them next time you cook bean soup, they are full of ham and it makes a nice meal.

Came at 6pm, they close at 7pm. Everything we wanted to order was not available as they had already put it away for the night. Will not be back as we paid 75 for sliders, chips and a drink cost $4 more! Staff was clueless, not friendly and unwelcoming. Needless to say this will be our first and last time here. I’m not sure how they are even still open with these prices and the lack of menu items being available.

Someone called to ask about your frozen items and the employee had no clue and couldn’t answer customers questions. YIKES! I’d highly recommend going elsewhere

I love coming here. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is amazing and very helpful. I absolutely love that they use Dukes mayonnaise. It’s always clean and smells good.

Very good sandwich. Clean customer area, but boy what really stood out was the customer service. They were lovely to me, and when I sat down to eat I watched them be wonderful to everyone else who came in. Absolutely stand-out service and courtesy. I'll be back!
