Went for a quick stop and it was around 11 when I got there. The line was shorter in the drive-thru but waited more than 30 minutes to get my food. The staff was ok, but we will not stop there again.

Food is fine, typical whataburger. Staff are normally friendly. But the drive thru is way too slow - when you don't even move for almost 15 mins, it's no longer fast food.

Not a bad atmosphere, food is good, sometimes they're a little slow to get the food out, but other than that all is good.
Worst First time experience, the order mic didn’t work and apparently hasn’t worked for a week, no sign or i interest in putting one up it seems, people driving away, very disappointing.
Order a sweet and spicy burger with fries and onion rings took over 30 minutes to finally get my food. Had me go in the B lane which is fine but the orders were all out of order. People behind me were getting orders before me and had to wait in line longer than necessary because I was still waiting on my order. I only ordered one burger one fry and one onion rings that’s it. Some of the customers behind me ordered multiple burgers and fries and got theirs before me. I’m normally a very patient person but that was absolutely ridiculous. Your supposed to be a fast food place I can go to a sit down restaurant order food and eat and leave in 30 minutes but to wait for 30 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous. Hire some more cooks and get your orders more organized.
