“Came here for lunch on a Saturday and they were not busy at all. My brother and I got the 2 for $25 special and options were limited. The deal comes with an appetizer and an entire, but there are limited choices available.
Our waiter was attentive and other waiters even came to check on us. The service was truly great here. We were given our food and appetizers in a timely manner, drinks were refilled accordingly, and they were very nice.
Overall, my total was $30, which wasn’t too bad. Plus we both had leftovers because neither of us could finish our meal.“

“I just had the worst customer service experience of my life in this place today!!!! I use to love this place. Been going there for years! I would often come with friends or family. (It's sad going alone to a bar) Well when I walked in today, around 12pm, looking to just have a beer and play pool with my brother, as we OFTEN do, The bartender loses her mind when I asked for a pitcher and two glasses!!!! She goes off claiming that I was there alone 3 weeks ago, didn't pay for my beer, and tried touching some girl on my way out. Like wtf?????!!!! PROVE IT! She proceeded to tell me that she was the bartender that night, and that "I" was caught on camera. When I asked to see the footage..... ***** BECAUSE (PROVE THAT YOU GOT THE RIGHT PERSON) there is NO WAY that I disrespected this establishment in any way. Or place I go to. I am not one to cause a riot.***** .... the bartender got obviously irritated, claiming that it was PROBABLY already deleted and I just needed to leave! Looking like she wanted to fight me. Apparently the owner of the places out of town..... The only person in charge it's usually just a bartender, I don't think I've ever really seen a manager.... ESTABLISHMENTS GROW BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't stopped by enough times to get to know the morning bartender, but she HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME A "RUDE" VIBE, face ..... I just spoke to a friend of mine that use to work up there and is usually up there, and she said some curly haired dark skin girl caused chaos up there, that she heard of, ... But My friend KNOWS ME AND THAT I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER MISBEHAVED LIKE THAT!!!! So the bartender OBVIOUSLY has me confused for someone else, then COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO PROVE IT WASN'T ME, and barred me from the bar. Wtf? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!! EVER! Bet she'll feel pretty stupid when the person she THOUGHT was me, walks in!!! If she would have a screenshot of "me", or of the footage, we could have cleared this mess up. She could have seen that not all curly hair ethnic people look the same!!!! But no. SSSSOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Forget this place. It's bad enough that the tournaments tend take up all the tables at night, now I'm being accused with NO EVIDENCE???!!!! I'll spend my money elsewhere!!! I never even looked for other options, till now. That place is falling apart, and now the staff is too.... “We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. “The best. Everyone is welcome, and the regular bartenders are just kind people -- not sugary sweet, but good, real, kind folks. I have come to have a drink alone and with my husband, and it has always been a good night. Some come to turn up, some come to hang out, and some come to do their own thing. That is the mark of a good bar. Can't recommend highly enough.

“I live in Burleson. I googled "Pool Playing" it took me to PUCKETTS. Lots of tables, 4 tables required quarters all others regulation size. LADIES play FREE, Sunday- Thursday!! Drinks are priced great, taste great & great service! You're allowed to bring in your own food, snacks but no drinks. They open at 3:00 pm.“

He remembered my drink order faster than I remember my own Netflix password, and I’m convinced he might be part wizard. Honestly, Brad doesn’t just pour drinks—he pours happiness… and maybe a little liquid courage.

Mikala is running a tight ship here - everything always seems in order when she's on duty, which leads me to my next point: one of the cleaner Hooters I've been at which is saying a lot. Bradley does a good job too.

In terms of food, it's bar food, so don't come here expecting to leave with a healthy and filling meal in your tummy. It's good enough for what it is. Some times the wait may be long, but nothing too ridiculous (nothing I've experienced anyway). If you come here with a large party of people, things might go awry possibly.“

“Food was good. We ordered the wings “wet” and they came out wet. This is in contrast to the last 2 carry out orders where there was just a hint of sauce. The waffle fries and cheese were a bit thin on cheese this time and were already cold when brought to the table. I thought the server paced the meal well, but I did need a refill and could not find them for a while. The noise level was up a bit and at times I had trouble hearing my daughter who was sitting next to me.

Parking: The parking lot is small and shared with other establishments. You can park across the street, but the crossing is not marked or protected.

Kid-friendliness: It can be noisy as the dining room is very reverberant. They do serve alcohol and there are sudden outbursts during sporting events, but most kids will be fine.

Wheelchair accessibility: Good luck finding a handicap parking space.“
