“I would love to give 5 stars but that would be a lie. I sent the 4 cheese Mac and cheese back, it was inedible. Traded it for a bourbon whisky burger which was excellent. I demand good service when paying 20 dollars for a meal. Not much just acknowledge a customer is in the room, notice if said customer needs something, be kind and pleasant. If you can't do that then get out of the service industry.“

“I just had the worst customer service experience of my life in this place today!!!! I use to love this place. Been going there for years! I would often come with friends or family. (It's sad going alone to a bar) Well when I walked in today, around 12pm, looking to just have a beer and play pool with my brother, as we OFTEN do, The bartender loses her mind when I asked for a pitcher and two glasses!!!! She goes off claiming that I was there alone 3 weeks ago, didn't pay for my beer, and tried touching some girl on my way out. Like wtf?????!!!! PROVE IT! She proceeded to tell me that she was the bartender that night, and that "I" was caught on camera. When I asked to see the footage..... ***** BECAUSE (PROVE THAT YOU GOT THE RIGHT PERSON) there is NO WAY that I disrespected this establishment in any way. Or place I go to. I am not one to cause a riot.***** .... the bartender got obviously irritated, claiming that it was PROBABLY already deleted and I just needed to leave! Looking like she wanted to fight me. Apparently the owner of the places out of town..... The only person in charge it's usually just a bartender, I don't think I've ever really seen a manager.... ESTABLISHMENTS GROW BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't stopped by enough times to get to know the morning bartender, but she HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME A "RUDE" VIBE, face ..... I just spoke to a friend of mine that use to work up there and is usually up there, and she said some curly haired dark skin girl caused chaos up there, that she heard of, ... But My friend KNOWS ME AND THAT I WOULD NEVER AND HAVE NEVER MISBEHAVED LIKE THAT!!!! So the bartender OBVIOUSLY has me confused for someone else, then COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T AND DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO PROVE IT WASN'T ME, and barred me from the bar. Wtf? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!! EVER! Bet she'll feel pretty stupid when the person she THOUGHT was me, walks in!!! If she would have a screenshot of "me", or of the footage, we could have cleared this mess up. She could have seen that not all curly hair ethnic people look the same!!!! But no. SSSSOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Forget this place. It's bad enough that the tournaments tend take up all the tables at night, now I'm being accused with NO EVIDENCE???!!!! I'll spend my money elsewhere!!! I never even looked for other options, till now. That place is falling apart, and now the staff is too.... “My girlfriend and I had a little late night visit to this place. Great atmosphere. Staff and bartenders were very nice and welcoming, cold drinks and good mixed drink selections. I ordered a birria burrito (food truck is open as late as the bar is open) and I'm still thinking about this burrito... it came with a side of red hot sauce, grilled jalapeño and grilled onions, it was so GOOD. Needless to say this place checked a lot of boxes for a cool, little chill bar. highly recommend!“

“I ORDERED THE RIBEYE AND THE WAITER JUST SCREAMED IN LOWERCASE FOR FIVE MINUTES BEFORE DROPPING OFF A GREY SLAB OF DESPAIR THAT TASTED LIKE A TIRED BATTERY. THE BROCCOLI WAS ACTIVELY WEEPING. “I stop in a couple times a week for lunch. Love the food and all the staff. Best bartenders around, I have never been disappointed. Love anything with the grilled chicken. Favorites are chicken and cheese quesadillas, grilled chicken Caesar, Spinach Salad, Pot stickers.“

“This is one of the few places when you pick anything on the menu and you would not be disappointed, which is hard to find. Sometimes it is open seating but wasn't told until a few minutes later.

I do recommend the angry pigs in the blanket as an appetizer, and the lasagna as a main entree. Ask for Anthony his customer service is top tier, and shows what customer service should be.“

“We hosted our rehearsal dinner at City Works Eatery and Pour House. Honestly nothing but great things from the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, and the staff. Colleen was so helpful throughout the planning process and she even came by on event day! They were flexible with us with possible rain on event day, but it all worked out perfect with the heaters on the patio. It was such a great evening thanks to the amazing team they have at City Works Clearfork! They made us feel like it was a small family dinner with hot meals and endless drinks while serving 100 of our guests. The team was professional, personable, and kind. I couldn't recommend more. “Incredible venue and great staff that made our All 80’s High School Reunion a huge success. Addison worked with us every step of the way and the the hotel blocked dozens of rooms for a discounted rate for people who wanted to stay the night. Food was great and The bartenders were awesome. “It's pretty good, but there were two employees that really stood out to us upon our visits there, one was Isaiah and the other was angelique. They were pretty awesome and very friendly and were glad to help with anything that we needed during our visits there, so with that being said we will definitely be back there just so we can have those two because their awesome!“

“Skeptical as it appears to be a sports bar and well we know they usually are all the same. But I ordered the Flat Iron steak. An delicious cut of beef most places don’t serve. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Super delicious and sides were good as well. Reasonable drink prices and excellent food. Would highly recommend!!“

“The best. Everyone is welcome, and the regular bartenders are just kind people -- not sugary sweet, but good, real, kind folks. I have come to have a drink alone and with my husband, and it has always been a good night. Some come to turn up, some come to hang out, and some come to do their own thing. That is the mark of a good bar. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great atmosphere, great service, ALOT of pool tables to choose from, whether you want to do the quarters table or if you wanna do the hourly table, which the hourly tables are 6 dollars an hour, and you get your standard regulated 9 foot table. Owner is very chill and laid back, played pool with us. They have karaoke, the bar is a good size, they play music all night of all kinds, it's pretty much a great hole in the wall spot to play pool, cheap good drinks, and good food. And great people. No fighting, no shootings, everyone there is there to chill and just have a good time with no drama.“

If you don't live nearby I can't say it's worth a drive across town. Everything I've eaten there been pretty good and food is good enough to be a value to order while drinking there.“
