This location simply cannot get their act together. It is simply bad. Every single time we give in and try it we are faced with the realization that it is just a bad location. This particular time 3 out of the 4 meals ordered were wrong and the fries were old and cold - not just not real hot - they were COLD and well below minimum food standards for serving temperature. Travis County needs to start inspecting this location more often before someone gets sick.

What the hell!! Pulled into the sonic in lakeway at 10:30 PM - pushed the red button over and over, waited and waited and waited only to be told at 10:55 that they are closed and not taking orders... horrible service!
This location takes for ever to take your order I the afternoons, but in the mornings they are really quick in taking your order. What's going on?
