Went into the store to pick up a mobile order. All staff was high, the kid that checked us out was so high he over charged me, so the manager had to come do my credit. Several other kids were there and everyone one of them were high as well. Sad to see something like that in a small town!!

Staff were rude. I asked for my ice cream to be on hold until I ate my lunch. They ice cream arrived with my food. Extras ordered were not added. My mom said thank you and cashiers response was “mh “. Not appropriate. Haven’t ate at Dairy Queen in years, this was a very disappointing encounter.

The employees ignored us when we only wanted to buy 4 snow cones. We spoke to the employees who were 7 feet away and they didn't even look at us. An employee walked by us and went to the bathroom. We also spoke to her and she ignored us.
Really sucks ice cream machine closes at 930 when they close at 10 they don't want stay and clean the Managers suck and gave chicken strip dinner with no toast but what do you expect everything in lamesa sucks

Men’s restroom was very dirty! This included the toilet. Floor was very dirty. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for several days! Food was excellent and people were polite and smiling. Atmosphere was very calm, I would have given this place a five star but the restrooms was very dirty.

We like coming here to eat the food, but everything we go through the drive-through they have all the customers "drive around and we'll bring the food out to you" they have the customers waiting longer than need. I KNOW THAT THEY DO THAT SO THEY DON'T LOOK BAD ON THE DRIVE-THROUGH CLOCK!!!
