the best bbq you can have
We stopped at the Toot n Totem and found this BBQ, not expecting it to be good, but were pleasantly surprised how lean the turkey was and how moist it was. For my husbands BBQ sliced brisket the counter server trimmed the fat then weighed it. My husband liked his very much. We are native Texans and have eaten a lot of BBQ and this was very good. A little pricey but big portions. I like a bit more vinegar taste in my coleslaw but their creamy one was ok. I just don’t like a lot of mayo.

"Exceptional experience! From this one lady named Tee Sanchez. The service was top-notch, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, prompt delivery, and attention to detail. I'm thoroughly impressed and highly recommend Mitch’s BBQ to anyone seeking good BBQ. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10! Keep up the fantastic work!"

Poppers were very greasy and the brisket had no flavor!
Mediocre barbecue, but does have truck parking since it’s on the side of a truckstop. My main issue was got it really didn’t make no sense. I ordered the plate and it says you can pick to meet any meat and one side and one drink for one price 16 something I thought it was a good deal if I wanted chopped or sliced brisket I said I wanted sliced especially if it’s not bread the guys like well you can’t get to meet and you can only get one meet if you get it sliced so I had to get chop meat so I can get my turkey for the same price of 16 something but all in all it was it was pretty decent and I think the workers was having a family reunion because it took them forever to get to me because they wanted to chitchat with another worker that was ordering food there

Food was good. Service was horrible, we stood there waiting for around 10 mins and no one said hi the whole time. Not very friendly. They have tables in the side and it was clean.
Parking: Some parking available

Got a chopped beef sandwich just now, and it's inedible. Most of the sandwich is burnt black char, and not the good kind. A waste of $12 on the road

Potato salad tasted like rotton eggs.
Potato salad tasted like rotton eggs.
We bought $65 worth of food, including a 2 meat tray (one was brisket), a half pound of brisket, a brisket sandwich, and some other sides. Over HALF of the brisket was fat. What wasn't fat was quite good, and the sides were great. Unfortunately my first choices were not available. I understand there's always going to be some fat with brisket, but serving someone half their order of meat as fat is a rip-off. Staff were friendly but could have said something or asked.

I’m very disappointed and upset with Mitch’s. I walked to the line and all was good. I got checked out by this little guy named “Andrew”.I turned the corner to go get a drink but realized I forgot my cup. I went back to the cashier but overheard him calling me a “lardass butterball”. I was very hurt because I am on the bigger size. I get “fat jokes” are funny to some people. I don’t feel the work place behind your loyal customers is the place to do it. This happened about Thursday or Friday.
