I’m a Wendy’s fan BUT I’d give less than one star if I could. Please check your food if you visit this location - my burger was undercooked, chicken nuggets ice cold, my chili was all beans barely any meat, and my potato was so cold and tough. To add to this there were no utensils, no sauce, and no sour cream for the potato. Then I asked for bbq sauce and was told I’d pay .50 for each! Ma’am you never put any sauce in my order. Seriously, corporate needs to get involved and hire staff interested in product quality and customer service. I will be calling to suggest it.

I approached the counter to place an order. The employees were huddled in a group, chatting. They glanced at me, then headed to the back. I waited at least 8 minutes with no service. I left, feeling refused. Not sure what happened, but it wasn't good. I'm a 60-year-old white retired veteran. Hopefully, this is one of the 350 Wendy's locations slated for closure.

Terrible customer service from Esther. She is rude to the employees and customers. She placed my change on the counter without a receipt and turned her back to me. Esther has an unnecessary attitude. I was polite. I will never stop here again during my visits.

It’s a Friday night football game. Had to wait 15 mins just to order (at the speaker might I add) not to mention another 15 mins for the food was asked to pull around waiting on fresh food this is the soggiest and nastiest burger I’ve ever eaten and these are not even French fries HORRIBLE!

Hamburger patty’s and chicken patty’s are always old and have been sitting there for awhile. If they don’t cook it fresh specifically for you then that means you’re getting a stale patty. You would think with all the standing they do that service would be better but it’s not.
