Storm's Across Texas Inc

I have been driving through Lampasas for some time now and have always wanted to try Storm’s. I’m so glad I finally stopped. They have the best breakfast taco’s!!! There was no skimping on the taco filling. OMG it was delicious. I highly recommend Storm’s. It gets 10 stars from me.

Out of towner visiting for the first time... The Storm's Special and the Frito Chili Pie were SO GOOD! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The fries weren't hot and fresh, but the cut of them was great!

Delicious food and the friendliest staff. My car was hit & run in the parking lot and the employees were so helpful, friendly and genuinely good people. Thank you so much for a great lunch and all your help during an unfortunate accident. The police dept was outstanding too.

It's historic because Elvis Presley ate their decades ago. It did get a new old school type neon sign over 5 years ago.

The BURGERS! Hands down - BEST!

Stopped here because we had eaten at another Storms location and it did not disappoint!! Runs very much like a Sonic in the ordering process. We ordered the Storm’s special with cheese and it was incredible! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Fries were crispy and delicious as well as the sweet potato fries! They give you these little napkins secured with a rubber band and inside are two salt packets. I didn’t need them because everything was delicious just as, but I thought it was cool. When driving through the area, will definately stop again!

We sat outside. When she brought our food, I grabbed a fry. I immediately said these are cold as she is still standing there. I said it again and she still ignored me. The bread on our hamburger was stale around the edges. My husband ordered a large tea and I had a med Dr Pepper. They were filled with too much ice. My huband took the drinks back for a refill and they wanted to charge us another 2.00 each. That is ridiculous. So as we are choking down cold fries and stale bread we don’t have a beverage to wash it down.

We was traveling thur Lampasas stopped at Storms yesterday for a burger . It was the best I have had in a long time . It was hot fresh cooked just like I ordered . Service was fast she had everything with it napkins salt pepper ketup . Everything about our visit was good . Thank you Storms we will be back .

Stopped w a group passing through- the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating!! Great prices, portions, and delicious Texas food.

Usually my experience has been decent. This time my chili dog was cold, burnt and did not come with cheese or mustard as requested. I’m generally not picky about food and tried to eat it anyway. I took one bite and was disgusted. I did not finish the rest.

Great old school burger and fries

This Place has declined badly. Slow service, paper thin hamburger patties, undercooked and over salted fries. Then they wanted to charge me 70 cents for a cup of water?. The final kicker, they charged me an extra 10% on my credit card? Folks, do yourself a favor...Whataburger opened about 3 blocks away...it's MUCH better! Avoid this artery clogging relic like the plague.

Passing through late at night and thankfully bypassed the generic fast food restaurants and found this historic gem! We were planning a different route back home, but are definitely doubling back for a second round!!!!
