This is a hole in a wall chicken spot. I have frequent other establishments under the same name but this was my first time at this location. I placed an online order for a whole chicken and some other stuff. I took it home and the fries were cold and the thigh was dried out. We tried to call but there wasn't an answer. We drove back up there to get our money back. We were told that we couldn't get our money back because the order was placed online. I tried to request...
This is hard to rate because there is nothing to compare them too. If you go to any other chicken place and then Henderson you will likely stay with Henderson.
The one in Lancaster has a friendly staff. I love them. The atmosphere is well they in a gas station... so I'm okay. But the warm smiles and lively conversations make up for it.
