The guy at the drive thru was the real mvp today. Being a toddler mom to 2 the last thing you think about is yourself when ordering so let me tell you when I forgot to take off a sauce on my 1 item of my online order and the guy at the window who helped me at every point didn't get upset or angry when I asked if it hadn't been made if I could get it without. Honestly I think he was the nicest encounter I had all day. Thanks and I hope all your needs are met my friend...
I've had good and bad experiences at this location. Sometimes the food is great and the staff are nice. Sometimes the staff are short/unpleasant and the food is cold and made carelessly. It seems to be better during the day than at night.
The Customer Service could be better. I get it's fast food but if a mistake is made by the restaurant don't treat the paying customers like we are the ones that made the error. That is not how it works. Do better drive thru personal.
