I visited Taco Casa #104 on October 29, 2024, around 6:08 PM. While waiting in the drive-thru, I observed an interaction between the cashier and a previous customer that seemed unprofessional. I observed the same behavior with the previous customer.

I was the only customer in line and it was about 2 minutes before my order was taken. The young lady didn't give me my total or tell me to drive to the window. Once I get to the window, she tells me my total and just hands me the receipt then closes the window hard. Handed my food and walked off as if she was doing me a favor. Terrible service

I have to leave this review it's sad when you come to a franchise like Taco Casa which is all over the DFW metroplex but in the black minority side of towns the food is prepared different the charger for a cup of water but in the suburbs they don't charge you for a cup of water and the food is prepared like people care why is there such a disparity from the suburbs to the black side of town it's the same product but they treat the black people different someone...
