I ordered a large order in advance and told them I needed it by a certain time. I gave them a 20 min grace period. Still nothing. I didn’t get my order until an hour later. It ruined everything. Plus it’s always loud trap music. I understand teenagers working there but run a place if business where everyone will feel welcomed. I seen better establishments in the hood ran better than this! If it wasn’t for me having to host a party, I doyle have requested a refund

I ordered from them on April 8, 2023 @ 6:53 pm in which my order was confirmed per Door Dash.
I waited over 80 minutes just to be told that they r trying to find a Door Daher, than I received a text notifying me of my Door Dasher and was told that I should received my order by 9:18 pm.
Than I received a text message telling me that they was unable to fill my order.
