If I could give 0 stars, I would. They have yet to reach out back.(been over a month) I’m assuming they responded just to make themselves “look good”? Who knows. They love to take your money! Horrible company providing misinformation!! Let’s see what else they have to say….. smh

7brew is one of my favorite places for energy drinks! I love being able to try different flavors and i always mix it up and try something new! the staff is very friendly and theyre more than happy to answer any questions you may have. I've been there at several different times in a day and theyre always friendly and cheerful no matter which shift you get. the muffin tops are also delicious

Every time I go - they always mess up my order. It’s a waste of time and money - I can never drink what they make me. And they never offer or help fix it. They rush you to place your order and rush you off the line. I’ve tried it twice now and I really do not like this place - at all.

Writing this review to show how much of a “great company” 7Brew is, and treats their loyal customers! Waited in line this morning for 20 minutes while the ladies in the front were just chat-chatting with a customer. On top of that, got a cup of ice basically. And this is the response I get from 7brew! Ridiculous. Would NOT recommend them. Might as well go to Starbucks, or some other coffee company that actually values their customers. (I requested for an escalation via email which I have yet to receive)

I've never have been here and thought it would be another Starbucks. The coffee, just regular was good!! I had no extras or anything fancy just coffee and the service was great. The staff worked quickly because the morning line was long. It's still a new place so it gets packed. I would say the price is a bit lower than Starbucks and the drinks are larger. I will definitely visit again.

My mom and sister usually love this place, the staff is usually pretty friendly and kind, until right now my mom had ordered a large blondie and a medium and the lady handed us two medium which my mom proceeded to say that she has ordered a large the lady who took the order was nice and said sorry and she would change it, she wasn’t the problem it was the lady inside that was making them. When the lady went in and told her HER mistake she looked mad and just poured The medium drink into a large cup and just added more ice.

I have come here so many times. I usually buy 10-13 drinks at a time to treat my employees. My husband and I went on a weekend and didn’t drink our drink till getting home, it tasted bitter and sour. I then placed drink in refrigerator. I went days later when I was available to explain this is the first time their drinks were off and was told “sorry you didn’t return it right away so you can buy another”. I was like here is the drink you can see it’s not drank, you are seeing my buying history. I asked to speak to manager who was another young girl with no customer service skills and was told “company policy is company policy so you can buy another now”. I even said that’s how I am going to be treated for all I have purchased and the great customer I have been. Was told “company policy”. I then drove off. Hoping higher management sees this and perhaps lower management and company policy is modified or you will see more decline with service like that!
Person that took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu. Suggested a very delicious drink. Which is my go to drink now.

Good flavors and fast service, the only thing is there were two occasions when I didn't leave a tip and the attitude of the employees changed completely, a boy didn't even clean my cup and gave it to me dripping.
