Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
Great food and service overall You can tell they really put in the effort to make sure everything is done right!
Compared to other Whataburgers this one took a bit longer to get my order. Almost 7 minutes for my order to arrive. The burger was a bit dry and not very hot as was the fries. The place was not very busy and my order was taken without any wait by a friendly and courteous staff member. The order was delivered by a helpful and courteous staff. The dining room tables was constantly being cleaned. Overall a good experience but not as great as can be expected when you go a Whataburger.
