“I had such a great experience at this Subway today! The customer service was absolutely amazing. everyone was so friendly, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff made sure my order was perfect and prepared everything quickly while still paying attention to detail. The food was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they care about quality and making customers happy. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back again soon!“

“The staff is always polite when I'm there on the weekends, and they make the food very nicely if my order is delayed for some reason they always make sure everything turns out perfectly fine the compliments are definitely deserved, also, I don't know if anyone there has access to who manages the app for this unit, but it would help if they could start preparing the orders I make on the app when I select "pick up ASAP" without me having to tell them I'm there to pick it up It's the only place that does it like that, I forget to let them know I'm ready to pick up when I first walk in, which delays the whole thing“

I was here in December right before Christmas , I was waited on by a kind young man , his name is Santiago and he's 17 I know that because he just came up to me and said hello Mr... I just wanted to say hello and it's been awhile since I've seen you , the last time was right before Christmas and I just wanted to let you know much I appreciate your kindness and the note you wrote me on your receipt ... Then he tells me that I made his day & thank you !!! He talk to me for the next few minutes about family ect... I can tell he's a hard working kid just try to make it in this tough world ? honestly he's the 1 that made my day !!! His father must be proud of him !!!“

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“
