The baristas are super friendly and always make my coffee exactly the way I asked for, the place is big, with a lot of tables, all of them clean, the music is a bit loud, but the playlist is nice. The only downside is that it's super cold there, If you forget to bring a sweater it's impossible to stay in for a long time, I think the staff is already used to it and they don't notice how cold it is“

“You know… as much as I love Krispy Kreme, I just hate that I never can get my orders right. Most recently I placed an order for the Malcolm in the middle and my donut holes were not even pulled apart or sprinkled. I order seasonal donuts due to presentation and those too are just thrown in the box. When ordering donuts holes I always just get extra donuts. I just want my boxes to come as presented. Wish I had photos to show :/“
