Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
Great food and service overall You can tell they really put in the effort to make sure everything is done right!
Very friendly customer service here! I’m a Truck Driver and the staff was willing to meet me curbside around 1am bc I couldn’t go through the drive thru with my truck. I placed the order online and called them to let them know my situation, they had no issues accommodating my request! I will definitely be eating here every time I’m back in Laredo!
