Today I placed a group order over the phone because the app said the earliest pickup time was at 8pm although I was trying to place an immediate order at 2 pm. Felix picks up the phone and flawlessly takes my group order of 4 subs and and chips. Felix, if you’re reading this, 100/10 man!! Loved the way he took my order over the phone regardless of my app issues, very nice and attentive. Patient and charming charisma.
