“George provided outstanding service from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Thanks to George’s excellent hospitality, our dining experience was exceptional. “Sat at the bar top, got hosted and waited on by Roman. All night this individual is in all the sections, helping behind the bar, other sections, running food, staying on TOP OF IT. The manager, Jose, was standing so still not helping in any fashion I was comparing him to a C-section cuz labor was not for him. I figured the least this gentleman could do was hear the compliment Roman deserved.

He proceeds to bash and negate the hard work I was complimenting in true disbelief I’d have a kind word to say…..

Having seen him ignore tables whose otherwise busy servers who were consumed by the usual Friday night weeds, I couldn’t believe he’d have the audacity to block a servers flowers. No good leader would ignore guests and diss a hardworking crew memeber’s compliments on real time.“
