At Mall del Norte stand, I saw almond pretzel looked burnt , I asked young lady I'd wait for next batch of pretzels, I returned and took my order to go and saw she had put the same burnt pretzel as my go order! I called for a manager but supposedly she was not in yet. Very unhappy.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered on-line and went to pickup my pretzels and drinks as scheduled. Upon arriving, they were closed. Appears as they never did open that day. Of course I was charged for the food items I never received. I was instructed to send in my order number and proof from my bank that I was charged for the items. I did. Of course, I still have not received my money. Great scam!
