“I been a customer for a while but I always go and order in person. My food is always fresh & delicious. Customer service is on point. I truly have never had a bad experience. The girl always takes my order n never messes up my addons or substitutions. However today you made me extra happy! I ordered online and there was not a specific addon option to my Soho however there was a comment box, which I filled out with my usual. Whith out expecting much Gateway Bagel Co. handed over my order exactly how I wanted it. 🥰 you all are amazing!!!!! Thank you for always taking the time to make sure my order in on point ❤️“
