“The locals told me this is the best barbacoa in Laredo and they sure wern't kidding. Incridable chucks of meat/fat soaked in flavor. The word on the street that the barbacoa is prepared the traditional way, cooked in a pit over nightnight under magay leaves. Urban leagend or not, this could be the best barbacoa in Texas. Flour tortillas grilled perfectly. The red salsa is outstanding. Great menudo as I expected.“
