Had an amazing time eating here, everyone was kind and got us everything we needed on time. The food was cooked well and we had no problems with our orders. Mia, our server, was very helpful and got my daughter and I everything we ordered on time, the televisions were at the perfect volume and the atmosphere was welcoming. 10/10 experience.

My order was online, everything was wrong, wings seemed way over cooked. No ranch no blue cheese was added, no ketchup for the fries. My order was ready and I had to wait several phone calls to get my order, the girl there kept on answering calls instead of helping customers standing in front of her. I had to interrupt her to get my order.

Me and my wife have always tired to eat here and everytime we go there’s no one to sit us down this last visit we got the chance to go on our lunch and we were able to sit down but it was super cold in the restaurant to where it was uncomfortable when we got our food it gold cold in a matter of seconds when I brought it up to my waitress she said oh my manager knows but there’s nothing we can do how do you expect people to like being there even eat comfortable we had to rush eat and leave won’t be going back anymore

I can agree it is pretty cold in there after some time I wanted to leave even with a long sleeve on but other then that service was decent but I am currently writing this review because I got food poisoning not sure why. Did the BOGO boneless along with the new cheese and chicken appetizer. Loved the food at first it was great but about 20 minutes after leaving on the drive home I began to feel sick then threw up a few times, woke up in the middle of the night with really sharp pains in my stomach and more vomiting

Absolute Terrible experience. Took 15min to clear a already clean table. Everyone brings a sweater because the manager keeps the establishment below freezing. I've never been to such a shitty Buffalo Wild Wings that made me want to leave before my food arrived. Went with a party of 5 each of us was extremely displeased with the temperature sitting there freezing waiting for our food that just got cold in 2mins. I don't understand how management can even be proud of this place. One of our party members stood outside because of how cold it was.

There was a long line just to come in, mind you I just came to order to go, The lady in the front, which I believe was the manager said she couldn’t give me the promotion of 19.99 20 wings only through the app so I said ok. Well help me do it through the app. She said she wasn’t knowledgeable in that area and that things with the app they don’t take care of. She was very rude just to even help with the app to order was waiting there for 30 minutes with nobody to greet.super disappointed! Apparently, Buffalo wild wings manager, doesn’t know how to help a customer use the app to order that is very Unprofessional being a manager and not being able to use the app. I love Buffalo wild wings, but the service is horrible and the manager girl is super rude and No customer service mannerism whatsoever!

Went in on a Saturday and they only have 2 servers, 20 minutes sitting down and no drinks the waitress didn't even acknowledge us kept passing us by us like we weren't even there, we waited 5 more minutes just in case she actually stopped and take out drinks, but nothing! We got up and left. It didn't used to be this bad they dropped the ball so bad.
