Will not be returning here again. 3-18-25 Took forever to get us seated when we were seated we were notified that the section we were by was closed. We get moved to another table and another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Both servers were not attentive even if there wasn’t a lot of people. Server took forever to bring out drinks didn’t provide napkins nor utensils. Not spending my hard earned money here again

This restaurant is brand damaging to BWW. First no parking lot lights, the place looks closed and dangerous. I walked in and sat at the bar. Only one other person at the bar, the young girl behind the bar completely ignored the fact i sat down, I sat there for more than 5 min with her less than 5 feet away looking at me several times and she never even acknowledged i was there or tried to serve me. I got up and started to walk out, it was after 10pm so not much else open and I needed food to take my daily medication. A young man saw me walking out and asked if I wanted to table, he sat me at table and took my order and i was able to eat. If this young man would not have stopped me and other places were still open i would have just left. This type of experience with the young girl at the bar is why people have such an issue these days with tipping..she should be separated for her attitude and behavior it was beyond rude and unprofessional.

I don't like leaving bad ratings and I'm probably one of the most patient people in the world, but this whole experience was terrible. I was sat at a dirty sticky table where the menu was stuck to the table. Another server has to come take my order. My food was warm. I never got a refill on my drink nor was I offered one. I had to go to the counter where my server was to pay and was left standing there for another 5 to 10 minutes. I was there long enough for my table to be cleaned and a group of 4 was sat and served their drinks. The young lady at the front counter taking to-go orders had to go find my server so that she could cash me out and I still tipped more than 20%.

Getting a table was abysmal. Hostess was completely lost and sat randomly arriving people without putting anyone on the wait list. Jan 18, 25 @ 4:45pm. When we brought it up, they just apologized and put 1 of the 7 waiting groups on a wait list. . .
Waitress was attentive and nice. Food was good and had better portions like the other chains.
My family and I just visited the restaurant this week, and it was very disappointing to see how dirty and unattended the place was 😞 The food seems to be good at first, but the fries were hard, like previously fried and then warmed over the microwave or oven 😝 the worst part was that very same night 5 out 6 of us got very, very sick with nausea, vomit and of course diarrhea 🤮🤢 Se vale decir... Went to BWW on Jan 10, Friday 5:20, and waited 20–25 mins for a waiter/waitress. My partner and I walked out and as we got to the exit, I saw 5 or 6 employees huddled up at the front talking. I love buffalo wild wings but today was just not it. Find better employees please. Thank you
