I was already at home and asked if my order was complete and he assured me that If it was an order of more than 50 wings and without ranch and vegetables and it is something very important with what you eat your food, what terrible service ???

I ordered a takeaway. But some things like that didn't come. Carrots, celery and ranch... I live on the other side of the city... there's no way I can get back... they should be more attentive... about that... ?

Went in for the a birthday party for my partners younger brother. The server we had was a chubby Latino dude at first I thought he was kind and polite. But serving us seemed like it started to be problem. The more we kept asking for things the more he got more quiet and distant even to as far as avoiding our table. Silverware was filthy and smelt funny. I had to ask twice for new ones he gave us plastic. One of the stalls was flooded and overfilled with piss. They got my wing order wrong so they thought putting a sticker on it would change the flavor or I wouldn’t notice and the breading tasted old.

We've had better! Except that my last 2 visits have been poor. Although, I would like to thank my waitress and manager for trying their best to make my experience better.. I guess it was just one of those nights!! But 2 visits in a row would usually steer me away from coming back. I am willing to come back and hopefully on my next visit my food is spot on!!! Fingers crossed... Because, I really do like coming here!!!!

My go to! I love going after work sitting at the bar and just unwinding in a good friendly atmosphere. Staff is always nice and welcoming can always turn into a family night it’s a kid friendly environment as well.

I am very disappointed at the food. I order yesterday 20 traditional original Buffalo wings and they were technically dry. No sauce at all. Even with their buy 10 at regular price and get 10 at 50 percent off they're pricey. I can't say much about the service because I usually order for pickup and I have minimum interaction with staff. Atmosphere is always crowded for the most part but the restaurant doesn't look too clean. I think imma have to start checking some other places because the only good thing I care about is the food and honestly lately it hasn't been good at all. I am attaching a photo of the wings so you can see how dry the wings were.

I finally asked for a manager.The waitress claimed the reason our order took long is that we ordered bone in on bone in Tuesday and the others ordered boneless...not true we could see the other orders around us. The manager came over a few minutes later and apologized and said she would give us a discount. When we received our check no discount on the order but the waitress gave us 25 percent off then Next Visit ??We felt like we were abusedAnd literally nauseousWhat kind of world are we living in....what a strange experience.Didn't even mention we ordered chicken wings not chicken drumetts.. very disproportionate. Thank you for kind of trying to accommodate us though..At least they did finally deliver and we did stay and eat. I'm a long time patron and have always loved Buffalo wild wings.

Loved the food and serviceEdit: changed my rating because I came in again with my family the place was empty excpet for 2 tables, my wait to get a table was over 10 mins even tho the place was practically empty, the floor was dirty, many tables were full with dirty plates, the server didn't come until I flagged a manager who really didn't look like he wanted to be there.. there's more to my bad experience but I'll just leave it at that.. this place had changed a lot!
