Chicken and everything in menu is now tasting horrible, the only thing that was good was the bread. I don’t know what’s happening, but disgusting taste, like old, spoiled, foul odor or they are using very dirty oil…. It use to be good when they first opened. Hope the owners fix issues asap !! Hope I don’t get sick 🤢

Do not go with ELIZABETH REY there. She charges differently every time. The lady with the full black outfit and a braid. She will make your food wrong and is so passive aggressive. Why do you want to work miserably. Just work.

Dry buffalo fries. Elizabeth Rey ALWAYS does my order incorrectly, adds zero buffalo sauce EVEN THOUGH IM PAYING FOR EXTRA. The price is different EVERYTIME.

Siempre compramos pollo bush, siempre preferimos esperar 15 minutos para que nos den pollo fresco pero en esta ocasión pedimos el familiar y al abrir la caja salió un olor a pestilencia a pollo echado a perder olía horrible, no creo que sea justo porque son 75 dlls tirados literalmente a la basura, no quise quedarme con la duda y probé el pollo y si estaba echado a perder y con olor pestilente, NO ES JUSTO!!! me siento realmente molesta 😡

Food is good but not worth it for the cost. Got 16 tender and frys cost the same as a family meal. There is a reason why the prices are not on menu. The family meal is 15 tenders 2 sides. This review is not to say the staff did wrong, the company or franchise owner is to blame as they won't post prices of items other then select few to change what ever price. If you gonna spend over $30 for food i would rather spend it elsewhere.

Absolutely sorry product. Ordered takeout order of good and it was overcooked, like beef jerkey, and like rocks. I called and asked for a refund and the manager said they NEVER give money back. She said that she would consider remaking the food but it had to be NOW. I told her that we would swing by tomorrow and she flat out refused. Seriously, if you acknowledge you made crappy food, one would think you would want to make it right. Should have gone to Cane’s!
