Siempre compramos pollo bush, siempre preferimos esperar 15 minutos para que nos den pollo fresco pero en esta ocasión pedimos el familiar y al abrir la caja salió un olor a pestilencia a pollo echado a perder olía horrible, no creo que sea justo porque son 75 dlls tirados literalmente a la basura, no quise quedarme con la duda y probé el pollo y si estaba echado a perder y con olor pestilente, NO ES JUSTO!!! me siento realmente molesta 😡

Food is good but not worth it for the cost. Got 16 tender and frys cost the same as a family meal. There is a reason why the prices are not on menu. The family meal is 15 tenders 2 sides. This review is not to say the staff did wrong, the company or franchise owner is to blame as they won't post prices of items other then select few to change what ever price. If you gonna spend over $30 for food i would rather spend it elsewhere.

Absolutely sorry product. Ordered takeout order of good and it was overcooked, like beef jerkey, and like rocks. I called and asked for a refund and the manager said they NEVER give money back. She said that she would consider remaking the food but it had to be NOW. I told her that we would swing by tomorrow and she flat out refused. Seriously, if you acknowledge you made crappy food, one would think you would want to make it right. Should have gone to Cane’s!

I heard a lot of good things about this place so I wanted to try it. Service was great and they were very helpful as a new customer. When I got my order, everything was hot and fresh. Everything tasted good overall but the chicken didn't have the flavor everyone talked about. I plan to revisit and order something else in the future. I would recommend trying it yourself and comment about it.

This is a restaurant for which we really want to eat in the 70s style, the chicken is very well prepared and the best sides are spectacular and the attention of its people is the best and unique... I will not hesitate to return to this place that I and my family were treated like at home

The food was terrible. The dining area looked messy and dirty . Tables were not clean. The windows looked like they had not been cleaned, from the outside, in a very long time. The food was hardly edible. My son had Buffalo Chicken Fries. I ordered fries and a coke. The Buffalo chicken fries looked and tasted like chunks of chicken breast meat covered in Louisiana Hot Sauce. The fries looked and tasted like Hill Country microwaved frozen fries.
Chicken was spoiled got sick never again
